Thank you for shopping at Promoccino. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Certain products, like perishable goods, final sale items, or personalized products, may not be eligible for return (see exclusions below).
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account at promoccino.com.
- Go to “Order History” and select the order you want to return.
- Click “Start a Return” and follow the instructions.
- Print your return shipping label.

Return Shipping
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
• If your return is for a refund, shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. For help with exchanges, contact support.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
